How do I find out my size?

You may view our size guide below, with measurements in inches. You can also easily view the same size guide in all our product pages.

It's always a good practice to measure yourself first before choosing your size! If you're in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Restocks

How often do you restock?

We restock regularly! We try our best to keep all colors and sizes of all styles available, so we make sure to restock as soon as our pieces become sold out.

Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

What are my shipping options?

Shipping for both Metro Manila and provincial addresses will be through standard delivery - LBC.

How much are the shipping rates?

  • Free shipping nationwide for orders PHP 3,000 and up! You'll also get yourself a black zipper canvas pouch.
  • Standard delivery - Metro Manila: starts at PHP 80
  • Standard delivery - Provincial: starts at PHP 100

When do you ship out orders?

We ship out orders as soon as possible! Allow us to ship out within two days after payment confirmation.

Delivery lead times are 2-3 days for Metro Manila while 5-7 days for provincial addresses. Thank you for your patience!

 

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Shipping fees in PHP are automatically calculated upon checkout. These fees are final and not subject to change. No need to message us to give you rate estimates so you can shop seamlessly.

What couriers do you use?

We ship via DHL or FedEx through our logistics partner, so we can ship to major countries! Here is a quick list of countries where we can ship to:

Will there be customs and duties charges?

Orders are shipped from the Philippines, so customs and duties charges may be applied by your country. Please take note that these charges will be shouldered by the customer. If customs charges apply, you will be informed by DHL or FedEx.

How long does your international shipping take?

Since we ship by air, you can receive your order within two weeks! We will send the tracking number via email once shipped out by DHL or FedEx so you can see the progress of delivery.

What are your modes of payment?

Exchanges and Refunds

What is your policy for exchanges and refunds?

You got your correct size but the fit is either too tight or too loose? Don't fret, we process exchanges and refunds because you deserve the perfect fit!

Please send us a message at our Instagram account @avant.athletica or at our email address avant.athletica@gmail.com to initiate the exchange or refund. Kindly make sure that the item is unused and unwashed, then wrap it in its original packaging (or any paper packaging) ready to be picked up by the courier.

The return shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer while the reship fee (for exchanges) will be on us.

Once the item has been picked up, we will go ahead and reship the correct item for exchanges, or issue you a refund for returns.
